Investigations Homework Question

Your task this week is to set yourself 3 healthy lifestyle challenges. Record what you aim to achieve in your homework book and then try your best to do them each day. For example, drink 1 litre of water per day, exercise for 30 minutes per day, do 10 minutes of meditation/relaxation per day etc. You will also need to reflect about how you went with your challenges in a paragraph before you hand in your homework book.
