Thank you to all our families who came and supported our official launch of the Stop and Drop Zone in Beaconsfield. We are so proud of our families and appreciate their interest and willingness to teach road safety to their children by encouraging them to walk to and from school. Today was a huge success and we were pleased to see so many families joining in and sharing the fun. The stickers that had been placed strategically along the footpath between the Stop and Drop Zone and Beaconsfield Primary, have been specifically designed by our students with the help of Kate Beveridge and Mrs Inglis. They looked amazing and all the students and parents that made contributions to the design should be very proud. We hope to see more families walking, riding and scooting to school, especially with the weather improving and knowing that each child should do a minimum of 60 minutes of exercise each day.
