Join in and walk, ride, scoot or skate on Friday 11 March at 8.30am at either

Beaconsfield Tennis Club- Beaconsfield Recreation Reserve, Beaconsfield- Emerald Rd. Follow the path to the traffic lights on Princes Hwy and walk along the footpath to school. It is suggested that all students travel with their families.

OR

Jim Parkes Reserve- Horner St, Beaconsfield. This is a good one for preps-grade 2 to practice with their families.

Stop and Drop zones are designated spaces where parents are encouraged to drop off and pick up their children. Children then walk, ride, scoot or skate to and from school. This will assist in increasing children’s activity levels and easing traffic congestion around the school. Parents are encouraged to accompany their children.

This is a Streets Ahead initiative. For more information contact Council’s Active Children’s Officer, Kate Beveridge on 1300 787 624.
