Healthy Heart, Healthy Living

With Healthy Living being our Investigations topic for this term, we thought running a fitness circuit during our Friday Sport time would be a great way to kick things off! Students had the opportunity to complete activities such as push ups, sit ups, burpees, skipping and planking to help improve their fitness level. It was fantastic to see everyone pushing themselves to try and be a healthier human!
